The following items are included in the participant fee:

Attendance to all sessions, access to exhibitions, poster sessions, lunches, coffee/tea breaks during conference days and the welcome reception on Sunday August 9.

To attend the Conference Dinner at Langelinie Pavillon on Wednesday 12th of August you must buy a ticket of 600 DKK on top on your registration fee. 

Please note that VAT is not added on congress payments in Denmark and can therefore not be deducted.

Payment

Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to MAF, c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:

• Bank transfer to account no. 4180 4180348689 (MAF 2026). IBAN DK2530004180348689 Swift code: DABADKKK in Danske Bank, Holmens Kanal 2, DK-1090 Copenhagen K, Denmark
• Electronic invoice (EAN). A handling fee of 60 DKK will be charged (only for Danish delegates)
• Credit card

Payments will be made in Danish Kroner. 1 EUR is approx. 7,45 DKK. 

IMPORTANT: All invoices will be charged in Danish Kroner. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Bank charges and currency exchange charges are at your own expense and should be factored in when making a bank transfer for the invoices.
The invoice number must be used as a reference when a transfer is made.

Terms and conditions

Confirmation
An official confirmation of registration will be emailed to the participant upon receipt of registration fees. Please ensure you bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.

It is your personal responsibility to ensure that all details, such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservations, dates of arrival and departure, etc., are accurate and in accordance with your wishes. We strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)

If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to give your registration to a colleague. Change of name is free of charge. It is not possible to cancel your registration without full payment of the registration fee.

You can cancel your Conference Dinner free of charge until May 1st 2026.

Liability and Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to secure their own travel and health insurance to cover any potential illness or accidents before and during the conference. Please note that the Organizers and the Congress Secretariat will not be held liable for any damage or injury to persons or property during the event.
